Welcome to SentryLens (the "App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Alpha Capital Texas LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the SentryLens mobile application.

By accessing or using the App, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the App and you must discontinue use immediately.

1. International Use and Eligibility

The App is intended for global availability. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the laws of your local jurisdiction, including the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), and individual United States territories (such as California). You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, regional, national, or international laws applicable to your use of the App.

2. Device Permissions and Data Processing

To provide its core functionality, the App requests permissions to access your device’s hardware, including but not limited to the camera, microphone, and location services.

• No Server Storage: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that Alpha Capital Texas LLC merely utilizes these active device features to facilitate real-time operational functionality within the App's interface. We do not monitor, capture, record, broadcast, or store your live camera feeds, microphone audio, or real-time location data on our company servers.
• Account and Profile Data: We store only minimal administrative database items required to manage your profile: secure login identifiers, email addresses, password recovery security questions, and influencer promotional tracking codes.

3. Third-Party Streaming Services

The App includes technical pipelines that allow you to connect your account and transmit data directly to independent third-party streaming platforms.

• Interface Only: SentryLens acts strictly as an operational conduit or pipeline. We do not store, cache, log, or maintain your external streaming credentials or broadcast contents on our infrastructure.
• Third-Party Compliance: Your integration with outside services is governed strictly by the separate terms of service and privacy rules of those specific third parties. You agree that Alpha Capital Texas LLC holds no liability or responsibility for the operational failures, data handling policies, or service terminations of external streaming platforms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the App and its entire native contents, source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics are owned or controlled by Alpha Capital Texas LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the App strictly for your personal, non-commercial internal utility in accordance with these Terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security-related features of the App.
• Decoupling, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any part of the App software.
• Using the App's streaming conduit to transmit material that violates international privacy laws, copyright laws, or public safety regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Alpha Capital Texas LLC, our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• International Users: For consumers residing in the EU, UK, or other foreign regions, this governing law clause does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections afforded to you by the laws of your country of residence, which cannot be derogated from by agreement.
