B. Data Utilized Natively But NOT Stored

To deliver our services, the App requests explicit user permissions to access local device hardware. We do NOT store, monitor, log, or record any of the following data on our external servers:

• Camera & Microphone: Used strictly to facilitate real-time visual and audio processing within the App interface.
• Location Services: Used natively to enable location-dependent features.
• Third-Party Streaming Content: The App acts as a real-time data pipeline to external streaming services. We do not store or track your streaming content or your external streaming login credentials.

2. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR/UK GDPR)

If you reside within the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for collecting and using your personal data depends on the context of the collection:

• Performance of a Contract: To create, maintain, and secure your SentryLens user account.
• Consent: When you explicitly grant the App local permission to access your device camera, microphone, or location. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time through your device settings.

A. European Union & United Kingdom Rights (GDPR)

• Right to Delete: You can request the total deletion of your personal account data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your administrative account information only for as long as your account remains active. Upon your request for account termination, your login identifiers, email maps, and security questions are permanently erased from our live operational databases.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 within the EEA). If we discover that an underage user has established an account, we will immediately delete that information from our servers.
